Community Stall

An outlet for small-scale growers, hobby farmers and
"backyard" producers to sell their surplus production.

Because of seasonality and small scale of production, small growers and households may not feel it economical to pay for their own market site or to hold their own public liability insurance.

The Community Stall is part of our vision for the markets as a social outlet for the Murrumbateman community. It creates an opportunity to know the buyers and sellers and catch up with people you don’t see every day.

It is a Murrumbateman Village Market-run stall. Insurance will be under the auspices of the Murrumbateman Community Association (MCA)
